Canada is in a unique but disturbing position as a multi-racial democratic country. Canada is unique in that its university law schools and medical schools have a racist admission policy. How? They are racially segregating applicants into different racial groups (i.e. Indigenous, Black, Other Racial Minorities, Remaining) and denying admission to the Remaining group even though this Remaining group has higher grades and higher LSAT/MCAT scores than the racial minority groups. The racial minority applicants are getting into law school and medical school instead with lower grades and lower LSAT/MCAT scores. My data proves that this is happening. This needs to stop. Why? Because in other multi-racial democratic countries such as Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands, this racist admission policy is illegal. But in Canada this racist admission policy is legal under Section 15 subsection 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Students who are denied admission to law school or medical school because of their race would fail in court if they tried to have the court compel the university to remove its racist admission policy. My prediction of students failing in court could be wrong but why would 6 law schools as shown in my report have a racist admission policy if they knew they would lose in court?

Why do I need your money? First, to pay the University of Windsor/Western U law schools $350/$120 to release their race-based application and admission data. Second, to pay for the political advertising to be run on the various digital media platforms to get Canadians to email/phone/write their provincial Minister of Advanced Education to pass a law banning race from the application process and require university law schools and medical schools to release their race-based application and admission data that can monitor whether they are racially discriminating against their applicants. Finally, there are 12 law schools and 7 medical schools that are racially segregating their applicants but have refused to provide their race-based application and admission data. This is on appeal so I need time to monitor and, if I get those data, analyze it to see if these schools are also racially discriminating against applicants.
