Inspiration for 2voices came from a conversation with 2 people asking this question: Is it possible to overcome the feeling of being alone just by talking about it? Does the feeling of feeling alone ever stop? How do we authentically work through something that no one wants to hear us talk about? If no one listens to us, how can we even begin to understand ourselves, let alone stand up for our own mental health? What do we do if we are unsure about seeking professional help? Can we ACTUALLY do it alone?
