Hop on a Zoom call with me, then I’ll spend an hour sending reiki to you, wherever you're at, for any intention. Reiki healing is gentle, noninvasive, and cannot be used for harm. Make yourself comfortable and relax in your own way. I suggest adding music, aromatherapy, fuzzy blankets, and ambiance to enhance your experience, but if a moving meditation is more your style, reiki can be sent to your hike or any other ritual you engage in for wellness.
