I did not explain my question correctly. It is clear that Russians are depoliticized. But why are they so inhumane, steal virtually everything, kill Civilians, attack 75% civilian target and are so barbaric? A friend of mine met Wagner PMC in Lybia. His comment: " They are just pigs." But what is wrong in Russia to create such brutality? Nothing to do with warfare, not even effective.
