Systemic Casteism Oppression:
Economy works very differently in India. This is also why you can't be a communist if you're not anti-caste/Ambedkarite and why social positions are heavily important while discussing capitalism and the marginalized.
Savarnas have the tendency to easily dismiss Dalits' issues, mentioning schemes and measures promised for us. But little they know, how much we have to do to avail them, the struggle we go through, to get the bare minimum. I mean, they're granted to us in the first place because we are struggling. :)
Everything is so twisted in here for Dalits. Sometimes, all humiliations and discrimination we go through aren't enough to prove that we are Dalits. The validation we have to get from non-dalits in government offices, and the way they treat us for that. Uff. non-Dalits don't really know any of this.
And they so easily forge a SC/ST certificate despite being an upper caste and gain welfare measures, scholarships, jobs, seats, so on. But We, Dalits, have to Prove. !
This is India. This is how things work here. Even if you grant us crores, it'll eventually go to their pockets. This is how the system is designed. This is the systemic discrimination/ oppression I've been talking about.
