Creating a podcast series and doing everything alone takes a considerable amount of time. I first have to research my guests prior to recording the interview, I then edit the episode and upload it to the podcast platform, adding information to the show notes that are relevant to the guest.
As I currently do not receive any sponsorship for my podcast series, buying me a coffee can help me to raise money to improve my podcast and help me to be able to afford to pay for my own website and a mini license so that I can include music so that the creators of that music can receive royalties for its usage.
Sadly unless I can raise these funds I will have to cease using music due to the complexities of music licensing. Despite the fact that everyone who has given me their permission to use their songs isn’t going to be enough for me to be able to continue doing so.
