She:kon! Beadwork By Kay is a small indigenous business and I am the sole owner/artist. I focus on creating handmade Indigenous Beadwork that is based on traditional Haudenosaunee styles with a modern twist. This is my full-time job and is main source of income. Any support, donations and purchases goes to not only growing my small business but also providing shelter, food, medication and daily living costs. Beadwork has been a way to not only connect to my culture but also as a way to help with my mental health. It is relaxing and a great way to calm my anxiety. I am so honoured to have the support and love for my art and I can't thank you enough!
