Message: There is an experience or circumstance that occurred in your life that you are still holding onto that is greatly impacting your relationship dynamics with others! Although you are not doing this intentionally, your spirits are guiding you to do this deeper healing work so that you can shift this energy and get out of your own way. Though we cannot control all of our experiences in life, we are accountable for our own healing!
You most likely know what it is already, but if not try taking the time to do some journaling, explore when you feel triggered in your relationships and follow that! What does it stem from? What happened? Spirit is bringing this up because it is time for you to heal this and no longer carry it with you!
