    lower your expectations and set boundaries with your phone, social media like won't use it after 10 pm

  • BATCH CONTENT

    Figure out what you are going to do for the entire week and schedule using tools like Hootsuite, later, canva or facebook

  • HOW TO RECOVER

    • Take time to recover

    • Come back with a plan

    • try to automate your tasks

  • Because you are more important than everything else. We are running a Marathon, no need to sprint. save your energy.

  • I'm not asking you to give up.

    Take adequate rest
