Get unplugged from Insta for a week or two. that's perfectly ok. I'm telling in general, not just for this pandemic situation.
lower your expectations and set boundaries with your phone, social media like won't use it after 10 pm
Figure out what you are going to do for the entire week and schedule using tools like Hootsuite, later, canva or facebook

Because you are more important than everything else. We are running a Marathon, no need to sprint. save your energy.
