Rainy day puddles

I have been feeling a little tired lately after working double shifts of pawtroling the house and working as the foreman on the completion of the porch and dog house. So I was excited because I had got the day off of the porch site because it’s raining 🐱 and 🐕 outside. I brought the leash to m my hudad to go on my walk but he stayed it was to wet and rainy for us to go out . I told him that I didn’t mind the rain and for him to go get his slicker and rain boots on. He looked at me and laughed, “Ok, Chica I’ll do this for you because you are my princess.” So he went and got his rain outfit on as I waited patiently for him to hurry . When he returned he was all dressed up from head to toe in rain gear . I thought he looked silly. I just laughed at him and wagged my tail. He proceeded to put my leash and collar on me and we went out the door . Right when he put me down I did zoomies in every puddle that you could imagine. Big puddles,little puddles, deep puddles and not so deep puddles. After awhile I got tired and daddy picked me up and walked me back home. When we got inside he wiped my paws and dried me off with a towel. He then sat with me on the couch and fell asleep after having such a good walk.
