We lose and gain power in big and small ways all the time, and this technique of ‘Calling Your Spirit Back’ is one of many ways that I engage power retrieval.

It’s helpful for when you feel scatterbrained, unfocused, uncentered, ungrounded, distracted, or energetically depleted.

I perform this often upon waking as I do a lot of soul travel while asleep and need to bring all my parts back to the physical realm in order to truly start my day.
