Another incredible sunrise this morning over Umhlanga Rocks.
This morning's sunrise was nothing short of spectacular. I had to get ready to go and see some early morning clients, so I couldn't rush down to the beach to take photos of the sunrise as I normally would, but when peeped out my window I saw the sun light up the sky in a subtle orange, caressing the clouds with its warmth. Slowly the clouds turned to red and pink as the sun edged closer to the horizon. The sky was set alight.
I was feeling so incredibly frustrated that I couldn't go and take photos on the beach, but on the way to the boxing gym where I work, I quickly stopped on the side of the road to take this photo.
The sun had made its way over the horizon, shining brightly through the clouds and painting the world in beautiful daylight. A soft breeze was playing with the palm trees as the early morning taxis were dashing past.
I quickly snapped this photo and went on my way.
A wonderful way to start Valentines Day.
