I ended calling my friend and went to her house while the boiler issue gets fixed. Thank goodness for amazing friends. I am definitely loved. ❤️ I had to spend half my grocery monies on an Uber to get Kronos and I out here. I will be compensated the Uber costs back at some point I Just don’t know when. 😒 I’m still at her house as I wait for the boiler update. I bussed it back and forth to the PT job yesterday and Sat.
It’s blustery, snowy, today and I left my boots, slipper, and pointe shoes at home. I packed in a hurry. 🤦🏻♀️😂 It takes about 1.5-2 hours via transit to get back to downtown. It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown via Uber. My friend works from home and does not drive the highway. I was hoping it would snow and then get sunny/warm but looks like it’s just going to be blustery and cold all day. I need to get to my PT job tonight to work for 3 hours but that may not happen as it’s going to be impossible to get back once everything freezes up again around midnight. I need the 3 hours in pay to chip away at my AZ car rental in April. I know it’s only 48 dollars before taxes but that’s 1/10th of the cost. 🤷🏻♀️ I still love the snow but wind out here is stupid.
The picture doesn’t quite show the wind which is about 23 mph making it feel like 15 degrees outside. 🤦🏻♀️ I would be fine had I not forgotten my boots because my Nikes and feet are going to freeze.
