You may have heard P. T. Barnum said, "Without promotion, something terrible happens…nothing!"
This is so true. Even for books and the authors who write them.
There are so many books out and being published all the time that no one will know about YOUR book if YOU don't promote it.
Now, I know. A lot of authors shut down and their eyes glaze over at the thought of promoting their books. But book promotion is not that hard. I think most authors just don't know what to do or how to start.

For this week, here's my Tip: Remember why you wrote your book. Write down your "why." I know you had a reason for writing your book. What was it?
