What is money shame and why should we let go of it right away?
Money shame is feeling embarrassment from making certain money decisions. It can be triggered by anything: the amount of debt we have, having to file bankruptcy, an overextended credit card, and on and on.
It behooves us to lose the money shame because it will not serve us. It can cause us to become silent in the debt trap and not seek the help we need. Who cares what other people think about you and your money situation? They are not paying your bills.
