🫒🥖😋Astrology and Your Diet; Eating Right For Your Astrology Sign

Did you know, that every astrological sign has a specific diet need? Indeed it does. Every sign overlooks a part of the body and diet. People do not often realize this and will find themselves saying..."But I'm eating healthy." Ok, but are you eating what's healthy for YOU? Yes, it is very true. When I started remapping my system in my early twenties, I began to realize my grandmother may have been onto something. You see, the way she fed me as a child, was fitting for a Sagittarius' needs.

The more I explored my natural gifts, the more I realized the heavens hold many of our anwers, even for your diet, if we dare to explore what is unknown.

This coming week's Smoke-N-Know kicked my butt into gear with getting this blog together. I've had this on the planner for quite sometime and simply have not sat down to compel it for posting, until now.

What you put in your body matters. Why? Because its your fuel. Your diet will aid you well. What you put in is what you get out. If you are not eating what is right for you, then how can you expect your thoughts to produce healthy, prosperous thoughts? How can you expect your body to put the movements into real actions? The answer is you can't.

What I will cover here today, I encourage you to try with knowing, nothing changes overnight. You should always make changes gradually and let your system adjust. If you have health conditions, consult with your trusted source before a drastic change is put into motion. When making any changes to your diet, it is always a good idea to keep a journal daily. This way you have a guage on what you were eating and how your energy levels were. Give any new changes atleast 4 consistent weeks before you say they didn't work.

Well, there are 12 astrological signs, so let's get to it. Oh, and whether it says it or not...None of the signs tolerate alochol, smoking or drugs well. The ones that say it really don't. Humans will be humans, don't shoot the messenger. LOL

(fyi: messenger is a Sag, and typed this while eating potato chips and a hershey bar with almonds.)

🐏Aries need cell salt Potassium Phosphate. Not getting enough of this essential salt can lead to depression. Keep that brain in balance with poper intake of Potassium Phosphate and other brain foods.

😋Foods that work well: green beans, cauliflower, nuts, dried fruits (like plums and apricots), dairy (milk is really great for your teeth), cabbage, onions, watermelon, apples, lentils, tomatoes, potatoes, pumkin, fish, spinach

💩Don't do salt and alochol well. Some say they are an Aries enemy.

Plenty of water and adaquate rest for to be your Aries best.

🐂Taurus cell salt Sodium Sulfate. This is the balancer that keeps your systems hydration balanced.

If you tend to store water, get your diet better enriched with sodium sulfate.

Herbal teas also aid greatly in balancing your fluids.

🥬Foods Good For This are green sprouts, asparagus, cucumber, radish, cauliflower, nuts, raisins, pumpkin, pomegranates and melons.

Make sure you drink your proper amounts of water.

You might see thyroid issues as a Taurus, seafood and iodine-rich food are great options for your diet. Do you like sushi? It's a great option for you if so. Olives, eggs, chicken liver, oatmeal, all the green salads you could explore and fresh fruits.

👎Avoid bananas and grapes! As well as baked goods.

♊Gemini Need cell salt Potassium Chloride. Lack of Potassium Chloride will lead to clots in the blood, and circulatory problems. Potassium Chloride also keeps your lungs and bronchail tubes unclogged.

Foods that are naturally high in PC:
Asparagus, green beans, tomatoes, celery, carrots, spinach, oranges, peaches, plums, apricots, and wild rice.

Foods that support healthy nerves through and through: Grapefruit, almonds, broiled fish, and shellfish, grape juice, apples, and raisins. Lettuce and cauliflower help to combat bronchitis.

Your bones crave calcium hit cottage cheese for that fix.
Gemini's do better when they eat 4 mini-meals rather than large amounts at once.

👎 If you want to make sure you DON'T, run to perfection consume these things: coffee and stimulants..they will only make all matters worse.

You're a mover and shaker which means you align fully with your sign in eating on the run and a junk food junkie. Real Energy=proper diet.

🦀Cancer Cancer rules over the chest, stomach, womb and breast. 

As a Cancer your system needs Calcium Fluroide to be its absolute best! Calcium fluroide keep elastic and connective tissues healthy.
If this element is lacking you might notice yourself with varicose veins, receding gums, curvature of the spine, & eye problems.

✅Food sources for calcium fluoride are egg yolks, whole grain rye, yogurt, beets, fish and oysters.

✅Cancerians are prone to skin disorders when there is a lack of calcium in their diet. They should consume milk, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, which are high in calcium. Okra, which also contains calcium, is an aid in reducing stomach inflammations. Fresh vegetables, fresh fruit,(with high water content) and lean protein are a daily must for you. Fish diet is suitable for this sign as well.

🙄Do your best to avoid: Starches, sugar, and salt should be avoided. The first two cause constipation, and salt produces bloating. Cancer people should stay away from spicy, highly seasoned food, and should forego hot pepper sauce and horseradish. Excess sweets make your stomachs worse.

Your system does not tolerate wine or alcohol well.

😁Drink plenty of water.
As a Cancer you need to watch your diet very carefully in order to keep your digestive system healthy and your weight under control.

🦁Leo have a need for cell salt magnesium phosphate. This creates good bones and keeps your system flowing.

🔥Great options wholegrain foods, different types of nuts, olives, and figs, citruses, apples, rice, beetroot, green sprouts, peaches, lemons, coconut (even cocunt water). Beef, liver, fish and cheese are good options for your diet.

Grapes, tomatoes, blackberries, beets, apricots, plums, and pears aid in keeping heart troubles at bay.

🙈Best to avoid fatty foods and large amounts of gluten.

♍Virgo Potassium Sulphate is your needed cell salt. When this salt lacks it my present itself as exhaustion and/or issues with your bowels.

🥬Keep this salt in check with fruits and veggies of the color green, lemons, cheese, lean beef and lamb. Wheat, oatmeal, nuts, cottage cheese, yogurt, bananas, pears, apples.

Corn, rice (multiple types)

Try vegetable oils for salads and for your cooking. Keep your meals regular. When stomach issues hit try a cup of chamomile tea

🙄Avoid if possible sugar. Try natural sweetners like honey. Spicy and Virgo system do not mix well. Keep it simple and keep it fresh for your best.

⚖Libra high protein, low in fat/sugar and acid-producing foods, kind of diet keeps you at peak performance. Sodium Phosphate is a Libra's cell salt. This balances out acids and alkalis in the body and rids the body of waste material.

👏🏽Your supports: Broiled fish, seafood and poultry are a go for you! Apples, strawberries, raisins, almonds, asparagus, peas, corn, carrots, spinach, beets, radishes, tomatioes, wheat, brown rice and oatmeal will help you keep packing the punches and remain focused. Low fat cheeses, yogurts are amazing to have on hand as well.

Plenty of fresh veggies along with plenty of water to keep the toxins moving out.

📛Best to avoid: Meat diets are not recommended (twice a week max if you must) and avoid spicy foods.

♏Scorpio your cell salt is Calcium Sulphate. Want proper repair of tissues and resistance to infectious diseases? Then keep your calcium sulphate in check.

🙌🏾Best to stick with cauliflower, seeds, blueberries, tomatoes., onions, parsley, carrot, avocado, asparagus, beetroot, radishes,

Rich protein diets are highly encouraged for Scorpio. Lean meats, lobsters, fresh fruit juices, steamed veggies.

📛Avoid smoking, drugs and alochol. Sugars and fats. Use your salt wisely. Eat to feel full, avoid overeating. Your system does not like the cram effect.

♐Sagittarius Cell Salt is Silica. Notice a change in your hair/nails? How's your silica intake been?

Best sources for the silica that we Sagittarians need are the skin of fruits and vegetables, raw salads, green peppers, figs, strawberries, pears, apples, potatoes, oats, the husks of grains, whole-grain cereals, egg yolk.

🐤You should eat a high protein diet, with lots of broiled poultry and fish, fresh vegetables and fruit such as beets, tomatoes, plums, cherries, oranges, and lemons , eggs, yogurt, brown rice, and whole wheat, lentils.

Drink lots of pure water, eat four mini-meals a day rather than three large ones.


🙄Foods that particularly do not agree are fats, gravies, cream, butter, candy, and chocolate.

💩Go very easy on alcoholic beverages, not only to avoid damage to the liver but to the skin, which coarsens and ages under the effects of liquor. 

👏🏽👏🏽When you need extra energy more poultry and greens in your diet. You will be amazed what that will do in a week for your life and mood!👏🏽👏🏽

♑Capricorn your cell salt is Calcium Phosphate. This aids in healthy bones, and is a must for your system to be at its best.

🫒Best to eat spinach, celery, cabbage, carrots, nuts, broccoli, wheat, potatoes. Wheat, corn, grapes and oats are good for your diet too.

Your system loves poultry and fresh fruits, steamed veggies, greens in general.

Hit your dairy up, cheese is a great friend to Capricorn as well as eggs, (seasonal) fruits, and yogurts.

🙈Best to avoid spicy and heavy seasoned foods. These don't sit well with your stomach. Chocolate and refined sugars best kept to a miminal amount.

♒Aquarius need Sodium Chloride (regular and usual salt).

🐚Best for this are foods like; seafood (many variations), fruits and veggies, radishes, celery, cabbage, spinach, parsley, lettuce, corn squash, lentils, zucchini, wlanuts, pineapples, apricots, limes and grapfruits.

🙈Better left alone coffee. If you must no more than 3 cups per day. Try Mint, Chamomile, and salvia teas as an alternative.

♓Pisces you need Iron, Ferrum Phosphate.

🥩Good eats lamb, berries, grapes, peaches, bananas, wholegrain bread/cereals, spinach, seafood, potatoes, raisins, lime, plums, apricots.

📛Better to avoid salt. Your proper foods contain enough, no need to over do it. Less coffee, (not a total cut-off it does have good points). Watch your alcohol intake.
