Can I get a refund for my BuyMeACoffee subscription?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your membership. It's easy to do so via the BuyMeACoffee website, and you will still have access to all of the content for the remainder of the month.

We understand that refunds are important to our customers. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our digital products, refunds cannot be offered. All sales are final once the product has been delivered to the customer. Once a customer has received the digital product, they will have perpetual access to it and we have no way of confirming if they have used it or not. Therefore, any refund request based on usage will not be entertained. We reserve the right to decline any refund request and our decision in this regard shall be final.

However, in case of any technical issue, you can always contact us, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. We encourage our customers to reach out to us with any issues or concerns they may have with the product as we are always happy to help resolve any issues.
