Last week I started focusing on doing things which are good for me, like drinking enough water, eating good food and finding time to do activities which help me grow.

This week I created a full-out schedule which includes all my responsibilities and activities I want to be doing, as well as how long I want to be spending on each task.

As a small business, as well as a person who wants to grow themselves, it is really important for me to focus on practices which help me reach my goals. The best way to quiet down negative voices in our head is to focus on doing things which we consider good for us and letting that drive our day.
