I am providing an introduction to foraging wild edible plants, and following safe principles of plant identification. I believe the practice of harvesting plants from the wild is key to self-reliance and providing a sense-of-security for average people. There is free, organic, whole food growing outside. 

"Give a man food and feed him for a day; teach a man to forage and... he can get his own food!"
