I'm a poet and non-fiction author. I write and perform at open mikes under my own name - Gwyneth Box - and also write children's fiction as David Aston. I occasionally run creative writing workshops and do one-to-one mentoring for non-fiction writers.

I've been writing the Don't Confuse the Narrator blog since 2007 and started posting on Instagram in 2020.  Mostly I post poetry and thoughts on language and life, accompanied by my own photos.
