The reason I write this is to remind myself of what I’ve done. I don’t ever give myself credit for anything I do. I see it as something small. I under sell my own accomplishments. I don’t see the shift in the selfish man. I don’t see how I’ve made a 180 or when it happened. I just know that it happened because a choice was made. It was inspired by something and it caused a chain of events that will forever shape my future. Through my writing on this blog wall, I can see the changes. I see the reasons for me being able to make things happen. My motivation. My reason and reasons for striving.
The season of change has came again. The “ New year, New me” mantra floods social media and keeps us clicking the like button in hopes of sending positive energy via online interaction. What a time to be alive right? If this year of life were a season of my life’s show, id say this season was about discovery. Having to dig deep to find the will to continue to exist without seeking validation from anyone. Learning to accept myself for everything. The good and the bad. Making sure that the next season of life, I make nothing but positive shifts. Its the season to win the chip. First we draw up the blueprint. Next we execute.
A life time of repeated elevation. Limitless potential pushed with a mixture of passion,talent,and respect for the journey ahead. The best choice one can ever make, is to be around people that want to see you at your best. People willing to remind you that you have changed and can continue to change. A Team of friends or a significant other. In my case, the “behind every great man is a great woman” line we've all heard is proven true. See, through that faith placed in me by this great woman, I gather all my strength and execute with a higher purpose. To return the same energy given to me. A while back I mentioned how much I find myself smiling now a days and shes why. My beacon of energy. My hope. My reason to excel and elevate no matter the season. A lifetime of that for the win.
Stay blessed and stay motivated and never let anyone get you down.
