I'm a self-improvement enthusiast, daily writer and avid reader.

I believe that the world would be a better place if people like us would live better lives. Because this is difficult, I want to make it easier. I do this through my writing which aims at answering the question: “How can we live better?”

I write about topics such as:

“Why does it matter if I improve my life?”

“How can I improve my physical health?”

“How can I consistently do what I want to do?”

“How can I find out what I want to do with my life?”

“How can I withstand adversity, suffering and tragedy?”

As a historian, I read exceptional books, listen to insightful podcasts and consult many more resources to further my understanding of a topic. Whenever I find a fascinating insight I connect it to valuable ideas and consolidate the results into helpful articles and posts on Twitter and Instagram. I also share 7 of the most valuable things I’ve found each week in my weekly newsletter each Sunday.
