It has been a little over a month and I think it's past due time for an update! My story is progressing. I've just passed the 28,000 word mark. At the same time though, it feels like it's been going slow. The ideas for my story are coming and shaping together but it feels slow. I know this is a dilemma that many writers face and is inevitable. I will stay inspired and keep writing.
Besides actually writing my story, I ventured onto Canva and experimented on what I want my book cover to look like. I know! I know! I should be focusing on writing my rough draft first before even thinking about what my book cover would look like. But as much as I love creating things, I couldn't resist.

This is only a potential idea. I will go back on Canva and spend more time experimenting on different designs but only after I get my rough draft done.
After that, perhaps with the book designs I create (thinking up to 3), I was thinking about having a contest in which people vote for their favorite design.
