This morning I went to send things to my prayer team & couldn't get into my messaging service. They cut off my access early (I'm upgrading how I serve from text to an app). I was so upset. It totally messed up how I was serving people; messed up the routine & the plans.
So after I had a hissy fit with myself I calmed down THEN sent the email.
There are times when you are sent curve balls. It's ok to have your little outbursts. It helps to clear your mind. Just try to do it private. LOL It'll help clear you head in order to assess and then move.
What if you can't? Excuse yourself & go to the bathroom or say you'll be back in a bit (if appropriate). There will generally always be an door to allow you to blow off a little steam & be human & then go into your inner genius to handle the situation.
