WHY?
Buying me a coffee helps me to create more and better content for you to enjoy. My goal is to motivate and inspire YOU to get active and start moving for both your mental and physical health. Hopefully we will grow a community together where we can support and help each other towards a healthier, more active lifestyle. In the near future I hope to expand and create weekly workouts schedules, membership features etc etc. But I can only do that with your help.
WHEN?
New workouts are uploaded weekly (every Monday) and they are usually from 10-30 minutes long. This is to help you fit your workout into a busy schedule. A majority of the workouts are without any equipment, but every now and then I like to add some weights or resistance bands to make it extra challenging. But overall the goal is to make the workouts as accessible and user friendly as possible. The level of difficulty could vary from beginner to intermediate/advanced and some workouts are even "all standing" - meaning no floor work. One common feature however is that they are all LOW IMPACT / NO JUMPING. But still quite challenging, I promise. Try it out and see.....😜
