Hey 👋 I just created a page after hearing about it from fellow sole traders that have been impacted by the BIG C word!

I've learnt in the last week how to pivot my exercise classes online and deliver them via zoom live on a morning, not been successful with the sharing of recorded ones though!

Unfortunately I can't massage you via zoom so I'm looking at other ways I can help my wonderful clients instead.
