Keto KEY: The peanut butter used needs to be made if 100% peanuts with NO added sugar or added oil.

Here’s what you need:

  • Keto Milk Alternative of Choice (I use unsweetened cashew milk)

  • Keto sweetener of choice (I use stevia)

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Nut Butter

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Heavy Cream or You can add protein shake or protein powder for added benefits! 

  • Ice cubes

Load up the blender and mix!!!
