My name is Megan and I love being an art model. My livelihood depends on traveling and modeling...since that is currently impossible due to the lock-down, I appreciate the opportunity to work with you online! I'm using the Zoom app to model remotely from my home in Hawai'i. Live streaming life drawing sessions are developing into a special way to make the best out of the current world madness! Just because we need to be socially distanced physically, doesn't mean we need to stop practicing techniques, gathering with other artists and creating! I'm hoping to be a resource to artists, classes and groups worldwide. A real human body to collaborate with is so important for life drawing. I was born and raised in Hawai'i, but have been continuously traveling for the last four years. Considering how unpredictable and spontaneous life has been for me, art has always been a consistent passion in my life. Creating art, gallery hopping, attending art events and working with nonprofits are a big part of my life. I absolutely enjoy being a student in art classes, as well as modelling. Understanding the special environment of figure drawing is important and enables me to be a fantastic model. Reliability, punctuality, professionalism, creativity, a fun attitude and being able to comfortably interact with artists are all essential. By far, my favorite part of modelling is that it allows me to meet so many interesting people. I feel the artist and model dynamic is a true team, which means I really care about the artist's process. I'm incredibly lucky to be able to be a part of so many creations!
