I am a physiotherapist with a particular interest in inspiring people who lack confidence to start strength training.
I am passionate about educating people on the benefits of getting stronger and how this can enhance their lifestyles. I am particularity interested in inspiring people over 60 years old, or anyone who might lack the confidence, to start incorporating strength training into their weekly routine.
