Fundraising

Nov 18, 2021

I am NOT good at fundraising, but all the best businessmen say we have to learn in order to be successful! It's hard to do!

The fundraising projects I've been working on are:

My Kickstarter and My Giveth.io. My first project is Eastside Family Caregiving Agency. This is a project that has been in the works for about a year and it is for disabled households (like mine) in the Eastside King County. Basically, our current Caregiving Agencies are not sending out Caregivers, despite their Waivers, and they have turnover rates of 80%.

I have a background in HR and a long history in staffing. My mom was an RN and she had a nurse staffing agency in N. California where I began my HR career. I am also a parent of a disabled child and I believe in my heart of hearts that I have the solutions for thousands of families. We've also partnered with Opolis to provide the option of "increasing wages" with crypto payments.

Then, there's Miss Macy's Delicatessen operational for all those gluten and dairy free foodies (like me) a restaurant they know they can have anything on the menu.

And more recently, I came up with the idea of starting a couple of DAOs. The first would help the homeless obtain houses with "vanishing debt" using defi. The second is a platform to match crypto workers with crypto projects.

Additionally, I've set up my new Membership levels for people who would like to support me and the Moon Chime Family projects here and they are now available to join. I was thinking about doing videos on YouTube about gluten-free/dairy-free cooking and Business Services talking about the "Great Resignation" and what can be done. I'll post them first to the Gold and Platinum members area here first.

So anyway, I'm hoping to make a difference in the world. If you have any really good fundraising tips, please comment below!
