Life is really boiled down to deciding what to keep around, and what to let go of.

The people who end up as "hoarders" (I mean the type who won't even throw away soda cans) are that way because it reflects their inner turmoil.

That behavior is usually preceded by a big loss of some kind, so they start holding onto everything to give them some sense of control.

Now in the same vein, consider the relationships in your life like items in your house. Would you keep a broken tv? Would you think you might need it? Or want to clear it out so you have room for one that works and meets your needs.

I'm not saying to get rid of everything, far from it.

I'm saying to be Intentional about the things in your life, both items that take up physical space, and relationships that take up mental space.
