Heart Meditation Heart Space is a safe place for you to relax, let go and let your guard down.
Heart meditation is all about finding your inner peace and the joy that comes with it.
Through gentle breath work, heart centered meditation, deep relaxation and reflection.
Heart meditation uses the breath to access the parasympathetic nervous system (controls bodily functions when a person is at rest, stimulates digestion, activating metabolism, helping the body relax, reduces anxiety, fear, racing thoughts, to name a  few), rotating consciousness to relax different parts of the body through visualisations, breath work, gentle heart touch, smile, chanting and mantras.
