Having nearly finished a psychology undergraduate, and previously completed qualifications in youth work, and drug and alcohol work. I combine my academic knowledge and understanding, with my lived experiences, to shine light on mental health issues, addiction, and trauma. 

I am in the process of writing a memoir about my own struggles.

In the meantime, I'm regularly writing and uploading poetry 💜
