Hi!!!So, January was a rough month mental health-wise. I learned something right at the end of December, thought I'd be ok to cope with certain things, and then descended into depression and anxiety spirals, so YAAAAAY...That was my January.Hopefully your January went better than mine and if it didn't hopefully things balance out soon.Also, here's hoping February will turn out better.Until next time...Blessed be <3Penelope
