Roland's Travels - February 2023

Feb 28, 2023

It was a little quiet from me during February. Covid struck! After all this time the dreaded bug got me, and although I am testing negative it has left me with some breathing issues and a cough. Hopefully that will fade away during the next few days.

Here are the articles I published in February. I have excluded the January review.

Pulteney Bridge - this is an iconic Georgian bridge in the heart of Bath. Crossing the River Avon, it has shops along both sides.

The Village of Avoncliff - a lovely little place with an aqueduct taking the Kennet and Avon Canal across the River Avon. There is an amazing amount of history for such a small village.

Chapmanslade - a linear Wiltshire village with some interesting history to tell.

I hope you enjoy reading the articles and if you haven't subscribed to Roland's Travels yet (it's free), please do. When you click on the article link you will have the option to become a free subscriber.
