Proverbs 27:5
"Open rebuke is better than love carefully concealed."
It is better to rebuke than hidden love. Rebuke with love not in a harsh way. A friend, a spouse or a family member would appreciate that because they know that you are concern about them and you love them. Loving them is not pampering them but leading them on the right path. And if we can see someone that is not doing right we have to tell them. If not, it can only lead them into destruction, into something that they would regret. As long as you are telling it to them with love, they will understand. Have the right approach and they would listen.
