You have a unique voice and wisdom the world needs to hear. You can share your words in any way you like -- including singing!

Singing can be freeing when we share this part of ourselves. Try writing a song about how you're feeling (or even a poem). You don't even have to share it, you can keep it to yourself. Sing it and notice how it makes you feel in the moment. Notice what emotions come up. Does it make you feel empowered? Or shy?

Also, you could sing your favorite song. In public or in your car or shower. It is recommended you try to sing in public through an open mic or karaoke bar to break through fears and experience new levels of self-expression.

When we sing, we raise our vibration. Singing can be stress reducing and a great way to heal. I personally love to sing even though I'm not very good. Singing is a lot of fun to me. And I connect deeply to the lyrics (or make up my own).
