Counting the colours.

When you are in panic mode this is a great activity to do do to focus your mind on something real and tangible.

Step 1 - Pick a colour and look around you to find the closest example of something that colour.

Step 2 - How many things of that colour can you see? Keep a count of what you can find.

Step 3 - how many objects of that colour can you now imagine? Close your eyes and picture as many as you can. You can count these too ;)
