Sometimes, you never know what you want to say when it comes to the first posts on a new platform, and this one is no different, that's for sure.
I'm sure Buy Me a Coffee has been around for a minute, and I wasn't hip to it because I was trying to build my support base the old fashioned way, but now that it's here, I think I need to take advantage of the fact that there are people who would like to see creatives like me succeed, regardless of the medium they create from.
I've been writing for, sheesh, 2021 will be the twelfth year that I have been writing commercially, which is amazing for me to have been around this long. I have been traditionally published, and I'm currently getting back to independent publishing, even though my books are still listed with Simon & Schuster.
I feel like I'm rambling as I write this when I'm supposed to be writing new material, so, that's what I think I'm going to do. I have a whole to-do list that has to get done, too, and Mondays are usually devoted to that, so, wish me luck there, too.
I'm leaving this first post public so you can get a better gist of how I flow when I'm not being all formal and such LOL ... I'm very free-flowing with my vibe, and sometimes I throw things out there that can be a bit out there, but it keeps things entertaining, you know?
