We are Nature!
One thing that seems most people have forgotten is that our body is nature. All elements or components we are made of it from nature with the addition of a very specific human spirit. Nature is also filled with, each species had it’s own. It differs but still, it all part of the same LIFE, the same Divine Source.
This quote was in one of my post a while ago and I kept it because it is very important:

It is time to remember who we are!
If we are nature, then all what we ever need we can find in nature. If we are out of balance, what we call sick, we also can find the things that help us to find balance again in nature.
Every illness is more or less an imbalance within, caused by a disharmony between our spirit and our physical nature. This is only possible because we are brainwashed into a system that is not aligned with our nature and the spirit of Mother Nature, our earth.
Since humanity is brainwashed into certain patterns how a person should behave which is not in harmony with nature, it is not very surprising that people are sick and out of balance. Look at the “structures” most live in, isolated from nature and in square boxes that are totally not in harmony with our energy flow. Some living in high rise buildings can’t even open their windows for fresh air and depend on air conditioning. The air is conditioned… let that sink in….
In addition a lot of people don’t spend much time in nature, therefore have not enough time to adjust their frequency and energy body on a regular base to harmonize the balance.
The same is true for today’s medicine: it is made from something in nature, but this is taken apart, chemically altered. This might be good for a rescue mission in a severe emergency, but does not make any sense at all for smaller imbalances that are easy to cure with some natural herbs and combination of them.

It is barely audible, but the sound will affect you if you listen for a while. You can also play it in the background, it’s more that we “feel” the sound than “hear” it.
Please start to spend some time in nature, feel the energy of the source of our bodily existence and honour her for what we have and receive every day. Stop to ignore her and to pollute her!
To change the hologram, we have to change ourselves and step out of the program, the program that is holding us in fear!
