Most of us have them and man, they can really get ya down! Today was one of those days for me. Woke up feeling bloated and tired 🥱 (thank you Mother Nature and a night full of dreams).

But lately I’ve been changing things up a bit when I’m feeling like this.

I ask myself:

1. Is there a reason that I’m feeling this way? (Spoiler alert, normally there is… just gotta be honest with yourself)

2. Would moving my body help or do I need rest? If yes, go move! If no, take a rest day and fill the day with things that make you happy. Maybe light some candles, make your favorite breakfast or watch an episode of your favorite show.

Once these questions are answered I go put on one of my favorite bikinis or outfits. (Yup, you read that right…. I actually do this). Once I’m all suited up I have a little photo shoot.

These photos are the result of that, and you know what? I’m so proud of my body for putting up with all the things I’ve put it through and all the hurtful things I’ve said about it in the past.
