EMOM Workout 👀

(Every Minute on the Minute)

How to complete 🔥🔥🔥

- Set a timer for repetitive one minute intervals

- Complete each exercise by doing the amount of reps listed below 👇 when you finish the reps, rest until the one minute is up, then move on to the next exercise!

- 1 round = 5 minutes

- Complete as many rounds as you have time for! I completed 4 rounds for a total of 20 minutes and rested for 1 minute in between each round!

1️⃣Reverse Lunge into Knee Drive (12 reps each leg)

2️⃣Squat into Shoulder Press (20 reps)

3️⃣High Plank Push-back into Single Leg Crunch (15 rounds)

4️⃣Side Step into Narrow Jump Squat (20 reps)

5️⃣Snap Jump to Bicep Curl (12 reps)
