The world feels like a cold, dark, corrupt place right now and a lot of us are struggling to understand it, I know I certainly am. For that reason I thought I'd do a post full of silly, funny and uplifting things to help distract us all from the nastiness.

Turn off the news occasionally. Walk in a natural environment. Allow the critical thinking part of your brain to take a step back and try to relax and unwind.
Life can be so overwhelming, my moods and emotions have been all over the place recently. The only time I seem to get any peace is when I'm alone, surrounded by grass, trees and water. It's difficult living in a city but there are always places to go away from traffic and noise and mobile phone reception. If you are feeling the same I hope you can find some peace too.
