Every now and then I wake up asking myself about the dream I just had... Even though I'm awake, sometimes the feelings or sensations of the dream sticks with me the entire day.

Looking for answers I found a book called "The great book of dreams", by Emilio Salas. According to the text, dreams are a sort of maintenance that mind does to be in good shape. But also are reminders of your true intentions, feelings and fears.

Through dreams you could find out what your subconscious is trying to tell you so can have a more enjoyable life experience.

So next time you wake up and feel or remember the things you just went through dreaming, try to compare it to your wake reality to solve the puzzle that your mind created to give you the hints you may requiere to move on in your life path.
