Not the opener we were hoping for 2023 but due to a round of sickness hitting the sanctuary dogs we've exhausted all extra funds to ensure the health of effected dogs.
Weve had a tremendous amount of bad weather and some of the dogs were getting lethargic. I think that combined with the stress of surrounding fireworks etc on New years added stress to alot of the pack. While we are happy to report that most dogs seemed to have snapped out of it with mass vitamins, fish oils, ammoxicilian and additional feedings we have been left in a rough spot.
Weve had a few donations come through for food but we are down to our last couple of sacks of dry food and we currently have enough rice to get us through the next 4 days. The unexpected bills and meds have left us short on staples.
We need a quick reset and are asking for help with immediate supplies of dry dog food, Rice and any canned goods please.

Alot of times we think that these street dogs when put in a healthy environment full of love and care, are 100% safe. It is a good reminder for us that they tend to be more vulnerable to outside factors. We are happy that our team responded swiftly and positively to the needs of the dogs and spent alot of time comforting them during this stressful time.
