Whenever you notice yourself having negative thoughts swap it around to train your brain to see possibilities instead of negativities.

Use "What if...." to start the sentence.

For example, if you dread your commune to work, instead of thinking about all the things you dread and hate, ask yourself "What if...... I could find a way to really enjoy my commute?"

What ideas would you conjure?

What if...you find you can apply this to lots of areas of your life and change your feelings and actions?

What if …you can pass this on to everyone and help others too?
