This last past NFL week had a lot of NFL goat players falling to the wayside and its kind of interesting to see the outcome of some of these games.
The one goat that i need to talk about is Mathew Stafford. No i am not saying he is the best and should be on the hill of great quarterbacks but should be considered to be a very great QB that could end up in the hall of fame.
Having a horrible career in Detroit and not looking at his stats, Stafford is so going to get over looked until possibility this season if he can continue with his pace that he is currently going at.
Sunday was almost a prove it game as they battled against one of the greatest QB ever with Tom Brady visiting the Rams.
Coming around and scoring 4 td’s with 343 yards, Stafford defeated the Bucs 34-24. This could be the team that Mathew needed to show people that he wasted his whole career on a useless team.
Brady is one of the goats that feel and the next one that was more shocking than the Bucs losing was the Chiefs coming to defeat of the hands from the Chargers.
Herbert is shining at a very young age which is kind of like Mahomes and isn’t overselling his skills like Patrick did for the first few years.
Dont get me wrong with Mahomes and his skills with the ball but i was never a fan after year one. To me, i am expecting him to crash to the ground harder than a bird.
does Herbert have anything to prove? hell ya he does than having a team less than what KC has for a roster, the Chargers are doing more with less of a stacked team.
One of the jaw dropping spot when it comes to the Chiefs is this is their second loss in a row which is really rare. I dont think that this really happened with Pat behind center.
finally, should the Steelers throw in the towel for Roethlisberger? This guy thinks so and let me tell you why.
Big Ben can only carry a team for so long than anytime that they get good to great players, they grow a huge head and force themselves out of the team. some examples are Brown and Bell are a few players that kind of excel yet failed. I know that Brown won the championship as Bell fell short
