Lagom

Greetings friends! Like we do at the The Kitchen Table, we've spent this week talking, musing and considering the Swedish concept of lagom. Today we developed a series of questions we could ask ourselves it check in and use the idea of lagom to apply to that thought, situation, decision or feeling. I turned this concept into some phone wallpapers. I thought it might be nice to carry this "cue card" around with us. So, if you feel so inspired, save these images to your phone.
