The Singaporean start-up Grab, started as a ride-hailing platform in 2011, thereafter underwent mutating transformations to become a “Super-app” providing everything from food delivery to third-party ecommerce logistics to financial services.
It is set to go public at a valuation of $39.6 billion through a SPAC merger with Altimeter Growth Corp, making it the largest SPAC merger to date.
