I went to the movie theatre today to watch a movie about Elvis. Instead, I was tortured by a three-hour biopic with way too much time spent on Elvis's pelvis swinging like Michelle Obama on Ellen. Did it have any redeeming qualities? No. It's a biopic disguised as a movie. If it was a biopic we'd get some real music rather than cover songs. I'm not convinced Elvis twitched and spasmed like this actor but there was quite a lot there between the lines.
The movie's release must be taken in context. Protests kicked off today in Seattle triggered by the overturning of Roe v Wade.
March For Our Lives kicked off on 6/11/22. 11/6 was also when 33 members of the Patriot Front were ceremonially arrested. The "Kraken" is being awakened on the major political issues.
As to the biopic: I'll start with the trailer for Black Adam:
The ROCK
SAVIOR figure with Lightning BoltI'm finding many symbolic links connecting Stars, Rocks, Meteor/ Fallen Stars to Lightning and Saviors.
Black Rock City is the home of Burning Man, a related symbol.
Elvis is from the perspective of Col Thomas Parker
(Thomas= twin. Parker has several links: recently Twin Parks building 1/9/22, 19 stories and 19 dead, in which the northwest tower burned. March for Our Lives started in PARKland. They were in DC on 6/11/22. PARKland Hospital is where JFK was taken).
INTERNATIONAL HOTEL is a big symbol here.
It's a three-columned space needle-like structure without a UFO top.
The movie opens with the STARSHIP Enterprise across it, and the UFO/Saucer part of it shoots through the 3-columned structure and turns into a montage insinuating Elvis descending a UFO which becomes the pupil of Thomas Parker's eye.
The music is from 2001: A SPACE ODESSEY and has Elvis, in purple, seemingly DEAD on the ground. Then a NEEDLE injection Resurrects the FALLEN KING.
Then from the NEEDLE to the pupil of an eye back out the 3-columned monument.
Mention of his TWIN named Jessie.
Blues player, word CROWN behind him. Then young Elvis goes to a Revival tent, Lightning Bolt around his neck. TBH--the SHAKING seemed like demonic possession, and Thomas Parker--a man with a fake past and name--the Devil.
Flash forward to Elvis working for CROWN ELECTRIC.

He said he wanted to ride a ROCKETSHIP to the ROCK of ETERNITY faster than the SPEED OF LIGHT. Rocketman connects to Starman, from David Bowie, who went to space in effigy as The Starman.
David Bowie and Elvis have many connections and this idea of a ROCK STAR has to do with LIGHT, a STAR, that Falls and is then a ROCK. The story of ELvis (EL is light, messenger) is that of a falling star. He died at 42. The Bowie Elvis Connections are explored in a previous post which links them both to Kanye West. Thomas Parker, Trickster Clown
There is a focus on segregation, Elvis crossing those lines--which explains The King Lives On magazine covers juxtaposed with Mr 42 Jackie Robinson.
The movie hones in on MLK's death, which visibly affects Elvis.
Then on RFK's death. Also, like Elvis, 42 at the time of his death.
Then it hones in on the Manson atrocities...
Connections: MLK / KING, RF Kennedy (JFK was a "sun king" archetype. Kennedy's = royalty blood), and Manson's killing of Celebrities is also inserted into the film.
The biopic highlights the 1.5 Billion watching the '73 Sat EL Lite concert. The previous time STARMAN was beamed from space to Earth.
The movie returns to the scene of Elvis collapsing, purple robe, resurrected by Needle.
Also, note; that Prince died at (57) but his death was recreated by a 42-year-old named Pedro/ ROCK, who FELL to his death.
Elvis mentions a Rocketship and even calls Thomas an Alien.
The rocketship thing is interesting--it's a "space needle"....and he wanted it to reach the ROCK of ETERNITY.
Now look at this: OSIRIS REX (King Osiris) visits BENNU, the original phoenix-bird:
Now look what accompanied Elvis on Drudge: a Modern Phoneix discovered plus a "cross still standing after fire rips through TX church..."
his LOVE for people killed him, Parker says. Terrible movie. They had the actor put on a fat suit. This biopic was painful to endure.
It did make a point to emphasize that Elvis' music was taken/ inspired by Black musicians and he was able to capitalize on their sound and culture.
There are some interesting Kayne/Elvis links I'd like to discuss, especially in light of Kanye's separation from Kim and the ensuing madness there.
